Hunter is on winter break so we had his ABA therapy (for Autism) in the morning instead of after school. We decided to take advantage of the beautiful weather and went on a walk. While we were out he walked across the top of the retaining walls, checked out his favorite fountain, and collected leaves.
He had such a look of concentration on his face... it was adorable.
We also played catch with his ball and did a few of his normal therapy activities outside as well. He always seems to do better when he is outside for some reason and with it getting dark so early this time of year we rarely get to do outdoor activities after school. I love that his therapy is so natural and they just go with the flow of whatever he needs each day.
